This project includes conservative renewal of the historic Villa G. Chiabrera, located in the district of Legino in Savona, with approximately 1.000 sqm of living space and 2.500 sqm of garden. The project under the supervision of superintendence given the monumental constraints of the Villa Chiabrera is in progress.

The historic building is characterized by a large 19 meters high tower, from the top of which you can see a beautiful panorama that extends till the sea. Around it lie two factory buildings with simple and rectangular planning with pitched roofs covered with slate. The interior has vaulted ceilings and wooden floors.

The building is located in a vast garden of about 2.500 sqm, with pedestrian access from Via Chiabrera and car access from Via Bausa; the latter is connected to the over-ground parking area by a dedicated path with branching paths to access the living quarters.

The real estate units obtained from the fractioning constitute twelve two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments of min. 60 square meters with independent entrances, gardens e parking spaces. Some of them are two-level apartments as specified in the following table.
