The design of the Crescent is the first construction phase of implementation of general Urban and Architectural Development Plan of the former Italsider areas, which will see its completion with the implementation of the section 2.

Administratively the two phases of building approval have been split in order to maintain coherent timing between planning permission phase and effective implementation of works.

Each of the 2 sections retains the necessary balance between the standards of living space and public space that make it accessible in terms of infrastructure and provision of public standards.
